Set Default Volume Level?

Is there a way to set a default volume level when Emby starts?  I like the fact that the volume slide is independent of the Windows volume setting, but I'd like to be able to set Emby's default level to say, 70% when it starts.

I think the app just needs to do a better job of remembering your saved volume, no?
