For example on the LOTR below it is displaying PG-13 which isn't used in the UK, it should be 12A. Another example is Inspector Morse showing a rating of 'G'. In the UK this would be 'U'. Any idea where I need to look to check I have it set right? Thanks.

Carlo 4560 Posted May 30, 2023 Posted May 30, 2023 I just want to verify the Server isn't pulling movie/show info for some reason from the Canada feed which use different Parental ratings then the UK.

HI, we'll look into what our guide data source offers but I believe they are just sending back the original rating from the show.
zaHrecsohbiw 14 Posted August 31, 2024 Posted August 31, 2024 I live in the US and use Emby provided guide data, which is the highest quality guide / EPG source I've come across, but I also get parental ratings that are all over the place, and every so often they aren't even valid characters. Just another data point to pass to your provider.

It only took checking two items on my guide to find one with a Canadian "C8" rating.
