Device limit

I just purchased premier and I am getting a device limit exceeded error trying to play a movie.  I am on a total of 5 devices (my computer where the server is,  phone and 3 fire devices). I'm at a loss.  Anyone else have this issue?

Is that Premiere limit or user limit (simultaneous streams)? What does your Settings>Emby Premiere tab shows?

Limit is 25 right.  And no they aren't multiple streams. The Embry premier tab just shows my key.

That isn't the exact wording of our message.  Can you create the issue and copy the exact text?

I'm confused by your question? What app? Emby app. Is there something different?

Solved.  I went and uninstalled and reinstalled the app on the devices where I was getting that error and it looks to have solved the issue. ?

Hmmm... glad you got it going but I'm still not sure what it was.
