Difficulties logging in to Windows server

Hi, I know this has been a trying time for you guys. My server starts but my log in credentials no longer work when I hit the log in screen.

I've tried changing the password which gives me a PIN when I say forgot password. 

I'm going round in circles because I can't get into my dashboard as I keep getting the Sign in error invalid username or password.

I've gone through the steps to try and secure Emby but I didn't have any of those dll files present anyway.

Could you tell me the best way to sort this out?

I've replied to myself because it has suddenly worked by entering a different username to the one I post with and no password.
