auto organize malfunctioning?

i have no understanding of where to go from here.

also sorry if this has been asked before.

the plugin  recognizes  a file.

but the dropdown to manually  add a new selection is missing content as pictured.

i have deleted and  reinstalled this plugin with identical results.

any help appreciated. ill pull  a log when able if that would be needed.

I don't know what a browser debug console is.

I tried searching the forums to clue me into what it might be. 

Please advise me on how to obtain it.

@WakeboardsamPlease right click somewhere inside the browser window to pull up the browser context menu. Then select "Inspect Element". The menu option might have a different name depending on the browser.

That will open up the developer tools, and inside there will be a Console tab. Can you please supply the contents of that?
