Having trouble with playback on 4K movies after stopping the movie

Hi, as a test, if you turn off the subtitles prior to playback, how does that compare?

Thank you for the reply. So the movie is never started with the titles turned on. Nether at the beginning or during a resume.

So strange enough, the subtitles were by default set to "NONE". Changed the subtitles to something other that "none", then set the subtitles back to "None" and that worked. All this selecting of the subtitles were preformed before starting the movie. Very strange. I have attached the log file for you to review.

Initial state code bug?

Posted

What’s happening here is the Roku does not support that format subtitles, so the server has to transcode them, but there’s an error when trying to do this. So that’s why you’re able to play with the subtitles disabled. We’ll take a look at the transcoding error. Thanks.
