Moved some Series to another Hard drive, now emby says no stream

Hello,

i needed to exchange a Hard drive from my Nas - so i copied some series from one hard drive to a new one.

Now when i want to watch a series that i move to another hard drive it says :

playback error
There are currently no compatible streams available. Please try again later or contact the system administrator for more information.

I have scanned the media several times, but the error keeps the same.

Any idea how to handle this?

If you provide a log, then it should be possible to determine what the sticking point is.

Is the new location listed in admin library as an active library folder?  Did you run [ Scan Library files ] button inside the Library tab?  It may take some time for a rescan depending on the size of the library folder.

If you're on Emby stable, it still has a 257 character path limit in the ffmpeg related utilities. (Actually 254 + Drive designation)

If the location you moved it to makes the entire path of the file longer then 257 characters, you will get the above error.

I deal with this weekly as I await Beta (where it's fixed in) to go stable.
