Video stopped recording early

Ive been having more recordings being cut off early lately.  I have not changed any setups recently.  Not sure if this is a server issue or I need to complain to my provider.  Not sure what error -10053 is that showed in the log.  Here's the log (URL edited for security reasons):

I am still having the same problem 2 years later, although I record more so the same issue is happening when recording.  I agree that the issue seems to be with the provider, but is there any work done with Emby improving the ability to recover the stream and keep recording?
