I never even set this up. So I am confused.

Check which of your users has this permission

 

You can check in the 'Conversions' section of your server to find out more about what conversion jobs have been lined up.

Thanks for the quick reply. None of the normal users have this enabled.

 

Except maybe my main user Admin which is me who controls the server. Is that the issue ?

Either the conversion or download features were used, so that's what's happening here. I would both the Downloads and Conversions sections in the server settings and you can see what was created.
