Showing device limit reached!!

I am using this ( Enter Pin Code - Emby  ) to connect users  is this why showing device limit reached? My key is only used in  1 server where files are hosted

The device limit is for clients, not servers, specifically client devices which have used a premiere feature (which may include connecting, if that required premiere).  The number is cumulative over about a week - clients not used for over a week drop out of the count.
