Cordialement.
Luke 42083 Posted May 21, 2023 Posted May 21, 2023 Hi, what Emby app is the user trying to cast from? Yes chrome cast is supported on remote networks. 1
Joker_1 1 Posted May 21, 2023 Author Posted May 21, 2023 Hi, She uses a Chrome Android and try to cast on her TV. I don't understand your second line.
Joker_1 1 Posted May 21, 2023 Author Posted May 21, 2023 I resolved one of my problem with the two checkboxes that you can see on the second pic, but I don't understand why she cant see her own Chromecast
Luke 42083 Posted May 23, 2023 Posted May 23, 2023 Quote She uses a Chrome Android and try to cast on her TV. I don't understand your second line. If she is using the web browser then it needs to be over https, or the browser will not allow access to Chromecast. Have you setup https on your Emby Server? If not, then have her use the Emby Android app instead: https://emby.media/emby-for-android.html 1
Joker_1 1 Posted May 24, 2023 Author Posted May 24, 2023 I don't have https on my server but I would like to have it ! I will say it to her, thanks
Joker_1 1 Posted May 24, 2023 Author Posted May 24, 2023 And it's weird that another user of my server success to cast on the TV even if she was on Chrome Android

I would suggest to your user to use our Android app. 1
Joker_1 1 Posted May 25, 2023 Author Posted May 25, 2023 Okay I will say it to her and say the result, thanks you 1
