Whats the difference between a Moderator and a Forum Moderator. I mean, what is there to moderate apart from forums ?

Moderators are our team that can mod's all forums, as for forum mod's that can manage and moderate at some selected forum/forums, most of them are a dev or plug dev's personal, so they can manage the forum/s they are interesting in.
