Some downloads are stuck at "ready to transfer"

Hello everybody,
Some downloads work, and others get stuck at "ready to transfer".
With the various tests I've done, it's not based on quality (I only download in "original" format), nor on file size.
I attach my logs.

Hi, as a test, if you go into the emby server dashboard and remove all of the downloads that are stuck in ready to transfer, then try to download one new item, what is the result?

This was the very first test I did. But without success.

I'm having the same issues with movies and tv shows. They all get stuck at transferring.

Using app version 2.2.16 -  Server version 4.7.14.0

I noticed when downloading a music playlist on my iPhone, it got stuck at 98.8% downloaded. I went and found the file that was stuck which said 'transferring', deleted it, and started another download of a different playlist which is now downloading fine so far.
