Resolution Mismatch?

The following file displays at 4x3 in Emby on my Roku and PC.  On my android TV, - it displays correctly (after transcode)

Emby identifies the video as 480p in the user interface.

Emby on a web browser......

My Roku is a new Ultra Model 4802CA and AV1 is native on that model, so it does not transcode.

Sorry guys.  File this under "stupid Sony Stuff"  I have a KX-55X85K and they set it up so that if you use Dolby Vision it won't display 720 in full screen.
