Your SSL certificate seems to be invalid.

8.X: you can disable certificate verification in plugin config menu "Advanced" -> "Verify connection" (I think that's default) BUT!!!

Kodi will block certificate issues as well. You need to manually trust the certificate (Kodi's advancedsettings.xml) too.

The best way would be, fixing the actual certificate issue on Server/Proxy side.
