Emby no longer automatically identifying newly added movies

until a few weeks ago, i never had a problem with Emby automatically identifying movies and downloading metadata as they are added to my library...but now after i add a new movie i have to go into Emby Server and manually go through the procedure to "Identify" the movie to get the metadata downloaded...i have not made any changes to my settings...using Emby Server 4.7.11.0 + E4KNG 8.1.3 + Kodi 20.1

any advice to what could be wrong?

@phunziecan you please provide the server log file from the initial scan of a new movie, rather than the later manual identify? Thanks !

Hey Luke.  I actually sent you two logs before, one for the initial scan of the new movie, and another after i manually identified it, but i will send you a brand new log now. Thanks.

Hey Quickmic, I guess this is really only an issue with Emby Server, apologies for posting here.

decided to check out the latest Beta and found that 4.8 does indeed fix my issue...thanks!
