LiveTV ruckelt 1 Sender bei iphone 11

Guten Morgen,

 

habe das Problem das bei nur einem Sender (Pro7) das Bild ruckelt, das ist aber nur am Iphone 11!? 
 

firetv, pc und iphone 6 gibt es keine Probleme.

 

bin mit meinem Latein am ende, hat jemand das gleiche Problem?

The attached Video is an example. The issue is only on Iphone 11!! On other Iphones and ipad no stutter
