Recommended setup for Emby

What would be the best setup for Emby + LG Oled?

Right now I have tried using Emby on an Apple TV and natively on LG web OS. But the experience is not good and I can't seem to find a way for Dolby Vision compatibility to work. So I want to ask before investing more if there's a known best setup to stream / play an Emby library on a Dolby Vision capable tv.

Put Shield Pro between your server and your TV.

Ok... And on the Shield? Can Emby on the Shield do Dolby Vision with direct play? Any other considerations?

I use Emby -> Shield Pro -> LG OLED as also recommended by @rbjtechand it works great!  Once you have it, try out Demos to Test Your Home Cinema Equipment.

Yes - it will direct play all the DV profiles (incl DV7),  mp4,ts, and mkv containers and passthrough or convert all the HD Audio formats.

The only codec it does not have hardware support for is AV1 (AV one, not to be mistaken for AVI).
