Media Playback Issue. Why is this transcoding?

I'm just trying to understand what this file is transcoding. In particular, which codecs am I supposed to be missing?

You mean "Converting video to compatible codec, Converting Audio to compatible codec"?

Just trying to understand which codec I might be missing.

Also, it sometimes pops up with "recovering from playback error" on this specific file. Do you know anything about that?

You may want to consider trying our downloaded windows desktop app:

it can play more formats without transcoding than the store app can.

I seem to be getting this "recovering from playback error" issue when running off my Shield Pro 2019. Any idea what might be causing this?
