Traction Tim 11 Posted May 4, 2023 Posted May 4, 2023 So I have a lifetime licence for Emby, and it is running on my Synology DS920+ NAS. When I view Emby on my pc (Win10), it shows the Premiere "gold coin" on the dashboard, and all is well. If I log in as my wife, all is well. If I then go to my wifes pc (Win10) on the same LAN then neither my wife or myself appear to have Premiere and there is no gold coin if I look at the dashboard. This is Emby on Chrome and Emby Theater. If I go back to my pc, all is well. I'm guessing a firewall or Malwarebytes type issue, but do you have any ideas before I dig in ?
GrimReaper 4740 Posted May 4, 2023 Posted May 4, 2023 (edited) Does your wife's PC have Internet access? If it does then yes, something is blocking its validation. Edit: If you go to Settings>Emby Premiere tab from that PC, does it show your status? Edited May 4, 2023 by GrimReaper
Traction Tim 11 Posted May 7, 2023 Author Posted May 7, 2023 Been a little busy getting HVAC installed. I had rebooted her pc to find the same issue, but the next day Emby worked normally which rules a lot of things out. I will check again tomorrow, thanks for the response 1
