Schedules Direct in Germany

Hello everyone,

Emby was banned from Schedules Direct because it is a commercial product.

Can't inquire with Schedules if Emby can make an exception in the "non-commercial version".

In Geany in particular we have extreme problems finding a suitable EPG that also runs under Synology.

This is not a big problem on Windows.

Since we have many users in Germany who like to use Schedules Direct, I have put the topic in the main directory.

Do you see a possibility?

The "non-commercial version" does not support live tv!

Emby switched over to their own guide DB and AFAIK does not pay SD anymore for a license.  I have both US and DE channels in my system. I use EPG123 (which uses Schedules Direct) to pull German TV schedules.  Have it build an XML, and load that through Emby.  Works fine for me.

emby had to switch over to their own guide data as SD barred them from using it with a commercial product. but your solution is correct, or so i hear
