About adding tag in all libraries - ES 47100

I would like to know how can I apply the PREMIUM tag to all videos in all libraries (except for live tv).
Explaining better.
My emby server libraries follow the pattern in folders and subfolders and everything has been working perfectly for many years.

It so happens that now I would like to apply the tag that I named PREMIUM to all videos (movies, TV series, concerts, music, etc.) automatically, that is, apply the tag in bulk. So both all the videos that are present in the libraries would receive this tag, AS WELL AS ALL AND ANY NEW VIDEOS THAT ENTER ANY LIBRARY.

The reason for this is that I intend to use the field ALLOW ONLY THE TAG for everyone, so the user will be able to access and reproduce everything that contains the PREMIUM tag (which will be 100% of the libraries) but will also be applied to each user, to allow her to also access her personal tags present in the live tv list in .m3u.
In short, the user accesses the PREMIUM tag and also accesses his TV TAG, so that a user does not access the mp3 list of other users.

I believe that I don't want to apply the PREMIUM tag to the videos but to the library, so that new videos added will also receive the tag automatically. Would it be this?

Hi, I think you're better off using normal library access based on folders. It's simpler and performs better than tag restrictions.

Taking advantage of this topic because the subject is the same.
I was finally able to apply the tag to all library folders, so since the tag is in the folder, any new video added can also be displayed in the select by tag.
In the case of the m3u list, I already have the tags in the list itself.
Now a new problem.
In the beta version of emby server, 48034 when selecting the TAGS tab, everything works fine.
In the stable version of emby server, 47100 when selecting TAGS tab, nothing is displayed.
Is it possible any tips on how to make it work in the stable version? Thanks

If you edited the m3u try running the guide refresh scheduled task.

Hi yes I had done it and I just did it again now and same result.
The same m3u playlist in beta version is displaying channel logos when selecting TAGS tab. The stable version displays as no existing items as shown in the screenshots above.

Hi,
I have found that the beta or stable versions are unrelated to the issue.
When the user is marked to only view allowed tags, he cannot view anything when clicking on the TAGS tab.

I also found that the user with permission to view only the allowed tags cannot access the contents when clicking on the genres tab.  Are these problems system bugs and is there a fix planned?  Thanks

This should be improved in the upcoming 4.8 server release. Thanks.

Please, can you confirm your promise that in the 4.8x stable release this problem will be fixed?
Will the user who has access only allowed by TAG actually be able to access the tabs that he currently does not have access to, such as the TAG tab, Genres tab and perhaps others?
Very grateful as this has caused problems and it would not work for me to allow access without using the tags.
The repeated question is due to the fact that I have not seen anything in this regard but beta versions of Emby Server.
