Desktop version work perfectly , Windows version doesn't

Hi, I use the desktop version for a long time, I was looking for PIP feature and I figured out that is available in Windows version, so I tried to download it and setup , after I reached the connect to server menu and pressed my server it took some time and show this alert 

the server is running and the web ui work perfectly also Emby Theater desktop.
also sorry for any wrong language I am not a native English  [:

eventually, it solved, I was in the latest stable version but I try to update to the beta version and it is work now.
