Possibly enable and disable this feature on the server per user. Some of the internet connections I use to connect to media browser are rubbish, and a download for later type feature would be great, especially if it can be restartable if the download fails. Another option might be to download for later use via media browser clients at home as sometimes there are no viable internet connections available. Most of the time I don't know the quality of internet access until I arrive at my destination and test it out and figure the data costs. This could also be a good thing when family are using my home internet connection and I am causing them speed issues and vice versa.
