Connectivity issue

I am stuck. Emby server working on my new laptop but I can't connect to smart TV. It keeps saying server unavailable. I removed server and added again but same issue. Even tried adding manually with IP bit still not working.

Hi.  Have you ensured your firewall is not blocking?

I just followed the firewall instructions but still getting the sane issue

What exactly did you do?

I opened the ports that the link advised me to do.

Also be sure your network is marked Private and not Public.
