live tv doesnt start on hd channels, black screen

I have a problem with hd channels. Their names are dtv1 and dtv2 and sometimes ERT HD. After waiting a lot of time just a black screen appears. The server is running on a windows 10 pc. Sometimes after waiting  a lot  of time for those channels a playback error appears. This does not happen with sd channels. files are attached
