[Bug] TS files do not `resume playback` on iOS and tvOS.

I've been experiencing a bug recently. Not sure how long. But basically, if I pause a show I recorded on Live TV, then come back later, the `resume playback` button does not work as expected. I can click the `resume playback` button, but playback begins at the start of the show. The bug happens on iOS and tvOS. On macOS, the entire Emby app freezes for about 30 seconds, and then the shows resumes as expected. In Chrome, the web player works as expected without any freezing, and picks up from the paused position.

As shown in the logs, the correct stop time (line 1) and start time (line 32) appear in the logs, but are seemingly not respected by the iOS/tvOS clients.

Similarly, if you are playing a TS file and, while playing, disable the subtitles, the app crashes. This is not true is the TS file is converted to a MP4.

@Lukethis is digging up an old thread but the current AppleTV App is having this issue again. 

Pulled the Emby log and the millisecond timer is correctly reporting the time, web player works as normal but the AppleTV starts/resumes from the beginning. Again only on .ts streams. 

The largest issue is when I stop a sports recording in one room and go to another.

OK we are working on getting our embedded mpv player updated to a new version so we’ll take another look at this as part of that. Thanks.

Luke, this is a confirmed bug at this stage I think. Just grab a TS file and playback on an appleTV.
