Manual Updates Not Syncing

Hi Guys,

Weird issue on my Kodi boxes, lately. It's happening on all of them (NVIDIA Shield and ODROID N2+)... 

After my initial sync, no manual changes to box sets are syncing to Kodi. If I do a hard database reset, then the new changes are synced. If I make another change after the hard reset fix, I will need to do another hard database reset before those changes are synced.

Not sure what kind of log files I would need to provide for this, but if someone can let me know, I'll be happy to provide them.
