New machine...restored backup won't allow me to add paths to library

I followed the instructions in the guide on how to do a manual backup on my new machine.  Emby opens and looks correct, login credentials are the same, I see all the users etc.  But my paths are different so the libraries are there but show no folder.  I try to add folders that I can browse to in emby but they won't add....I get a message saying there was an error to verify the paths are there....but I browsed to them in emby....so they ARE THERE.

I have no idea, have a headache....please help me LOL

Ignore me....I just erased everything except the configuration and and then my libraries were gone....rebuilding them now.  No biggie
