How does cast image get selected for new show?

I don't quite understand where these cast images are coming from. I just added The Boss Baby Back in Business, and images for the cast were populated, but when I look at the image options, the selected image isn't even available. How is that possible? Here's an example: Take a look at Nora Dunn on the right. Image selected on the show page.

But that image isn't even available in search. How is that possible? Where is that first image coming from and why is it no longer available? I have every metadata provider selected in the library options.

You likely added an item with the same actress some time in the past when that image was available - for existing cast, Emby is using first image it grabbed when actor/actress was first imported.
