Android TV app dont show pictures

I have two servers with ultra.cc, one work perfectly and one dont show pictures, both have the same config.
With Android app or webui i dont have problems, with Android TV app in shield, firetv, bluestack etc, dont show the images

In bluestack, when i give permissions of storage, it work. I try this in Nvidia shield but dont work.

Hi.  Is the server using IPv6?  If so, the TV app will not be able to display the images but you could sideload the standard app on the device.

No, my server IP is xxx.xx.x.xx 
I dont understand why with my first server work ok and second one dont, have same config, similar ip address, same client version, same server version..
