HI, I've never heard of that server, and Emby is not associated with them, but you can learn more about Emby Premiere here:

I have never heard of that "server" and I have never heard of Emby being associated with any company for resale. I doubt that is legitimate at all.

Also to answer whatever question you have I am quite sure Emby will need a LOT more info.
