MBPlus Server v1.0.3.2

MB Server v3.0.5395.0

Windows 8.1 pro w/ wmc HTPC

Hi guys, I'm having an issue with mb classic, when I play my music (m4a) in wmc, when the now playing screen shows up, why does my album covers not show in either the wall of covers or the actual album playing.  Below is a scrn shot of an example (some reason I could not screen prnt wmc so I found this shot in the forums) Here is what I mean: In this screen in my media center I don't get the covers as shown, it shows blank song note and color blocks covers in the background wall.  All my covers show fine in the music section of media center and mb server but for some reason, my covers are not being shown during playback in wmc.  I'm using the Shark007 codecs.

In order to get the wall of covers, you have to have your music library defined to WMC (Not MB).  In order to get the album cover in the display, the file being played has to have the image actually embedded in it.

BTW - using MB Plus you can use the special interface to give you a better music experience:

How do I get my music library defined to WMC.  Most of my albums have covers embedded into the tags themselves.  Also how do you get that interface in mbplus?

Go into WMC settings/Media Libraries/Music and point it to your music folders.

That MB Plus screen will be used whenever you use one of the suggested instant mixes on the MB Plus Start screen or if you create an instant mix or queue all from within the special MB Plus "All Music" interface below:

Just a quick question on this subject, I am still on Windows 7 and don't let the windows software near my library as it overwrites the folder images with low res images. Is this still the case with Windows 8?
