jluna001 0 Posted April 15, 2023 Posted April 15, 2023 I have one user who all of a sudden can't access Emby remotely. They have access locally but not when they leave. All other users have no issues connecting. I've tried deleting user and adding them back on, but still getting the same error. Allow remote connection is enabled for the user in their profile. Emby is running in an Unraid docker. Anyone have an idea why this could be happening?
seanbuff 1318 Posted April 15, 2023 Posted April 15, 2023 Please provide more info, how are remote users connecting - are they using Emby Connect or entering server details manually? Does this user have the correct server address or has it changed since it was last added? Please also attach the information requested in how to report a problem. Thanks!

When you re-created local user account, did you re-add their Emby Connect email address and get the message to say that it was successfully linked?
Luke 42083 Posted April 19, 2023 Posted April 19, 2023 @jluna001 can you have them try entering the server address manually rather than using Emby Connect, and see how that compares?
