Gamebrowser & ISO files

I've been installing my daughter's old PC/DVD-Roms and then pointing Gamebrowser to the executable.

 

All working fine apart from Sonic Mega Collection Plus where it requires the disc to be loaded. I take it, I need to make an ISO image and point Gamebrowser to that instead?

 

Any recommendations on what I should use to make the ISO?
