Upgrade 4.8.0.21 to 4.8.0.29 on Synology DSM 7.1.1

here is my config 

Emby server 4.8.0.21 - 7040821
Synology Version: 7.1.1-42962 Update 4

Emby server request to update, and I downloaded 4.8.0.29 , but it fails with the following error message that the package need DSM 7.0 -40000 or older to be installed
