Emby will not start after GPU change from Nvidia RTX to Intel Arc

I swapped out my GPU card today but now Emby will not start. 

Using Task Manager I can see it load up for a few seconds then exit.

I have removed all traces of Nvidia software and tried running Emby server install again but it hangs.

I have added log file including most recent hardware detection log.

Windows 10 / AMD Ryzen 7 3700X / Intel ARC 770

Any help appreciated

hi, there is an Intel Arc issue that is affecting the 4.7 release, so for immediate relief you'll need to jump on the 4.8 beta for now.
