Question about cinema intros

Some of my content starts playing trailers for completely unrelated movies and  shpws when I'm trying to play it. I have emby premiere so this should be an ad free experience, right?

There are no ads in Emby. You have Cinema Intros (or Vantage Point) enabled.

Sorry I don't really follow as Emby does not have Ads..  But are you referring to Cinema Mode playing trailers/intros before media?

It this your server or someone elses?

Did you setup the Cinema Intros plugin?

At the same time there is a per user/client Playback option to enable/disable Cinema Intros.
