hi,

how can I migrate users' data, from emby 4.7.11 to fresh-install emby 4.8.XX beta? any conversion tools, etc?

Best option is the Backup & Restore plugin and restore only Users and Userdata if you are a Premiere user.

Use library permissions will need to be fixed up manually after doing that.
