Wake on Lan not working after changing ISP

Wake on Lan was working perfectly fine on Android and Roku TV before changing to new internet service provider. The server is now using WiFi instead of Ethernet. I have tried multiple times but the server is not waking up. I have made sure that the new LAN address under dashboard settings matches with the android tv and Roku tv. Please help me figure this out!

I have fixed it! I had to go to network adapter settings under Device manager and under power management I had to check off " allow this device to wake the computer"
