The RED means the test failed.  Yes you do need to select the '=' for the test to work.  The test will be green if it works OK.  Try it again...

This not going to currently work, because emby do not currently have the dolby vision data available to search.  Infact you can't even search on HDR, yet alone DV.

The data IS stored though (in the Beta version, they added DV, incl profile data - that's how it displays it DV) - but no HD Audio codecs data yet.

So the reason you see the detail below in a Bulky search - is because it's reading the TRACK title - which was put there by the MediaInfo Plugin  - OR you may be lucky and somebody added it during the construction of the MKV/MP4.

ie - if you wanted to find all DV8 (DV profile 8 ) then you could use Codec 0 = DV8 - I agree (but again, only if the data has been put there in the first place)

I'm sure Emby will eventually add these details, it's just 'on the list' like a lot of other things ...

I will add "Special Episode"  metadata to the Bulky Editor. Give me a week to get it done.  I may be able to do it faster, but I don't know yet.

@miraclesukiYou can now edit the Special Episode fields.  They appear at the bottom of the editor.  I have only tested it a few times because I only have one tv series that has specials. Give it a try and let me know if it is what you wanted.

The new plugin is in the Emby Plugin library. it's version 1.0.4.0

Everyone, I added a new feature to Bulky. It's called Explorer.  You use it to explore your Emby libraries. Through this tool you can study how Emby links objects together and what is in each object.  I build it just for fun.  It's very helpful if you are building Emby tools.  As always, the code is free if you want it.

That's correct. I can't use live tv to show all Channels, as I get an out of memory error, due to the number of channels (including VOD) I have

is this plugin working with the beta server?

i have my main system up to the current beta and can't seem to get this to save any changes, i set up a test server with the current stable version and everything seems to work

what i tried was adding a tag one movie at a time

beta - select movie-- select edit -- manually type 4k in the tag section( far right box)--hit save but nothing happens

stable- select movie-- select edit -- manually type 4k in the tag section( far right box)--hit save and it puts 4k in the box to the left of it

im guessing the beta server should be working since i don't see nay other comments of it not working

Hello @Grumpy1Wow I have never used any of the beta versions of Emby.  I have no idea why it does not work with the current beta.   Thanks for pointing this out. My guess is that they changed something in the ApiClient.  I use the ApiClient to fetch and save Emby items from the Emby library.

Just wanted to drop a quick line to say a big thank you for this plugin! I've been in the process of cleaning up my music files and correctly tagging etc. I've been having many issues with he genres that have been brought in and this tool has been a godsend in sorting out the music genres. A couple of poo ts to note. It works well in edge and chrome but in Firefox and librewolf (which I use most of the time) the AtoZ index at the side is too far over and mainly obscured by the scrol bar.

It would also be very handy if there was a "select all" option as some of the music albums have a lot of tracks to click on

@aspdendyou can select all items. if no items are selected then "shift" + click on any item will select all items.  If an item is selected the "shift" + click will select all of the items between the item already selected and the item you clicked on.

Thanks for your follow up. I tried the new added feature, but it does not work in "Bulk Edit" mode. (edit in single episode is work)
Here is my steps:

1. Click 2 episode, select "Bulk Edit"
2. Remove (empty) the value of "Air during season" and "Airs before episode" or tried to change the new value to 0

Refer to the screenshot,
When I click "Save", it will return to the previous screen and after click to check the change, it still keep the value of 1 and 9 in the special episode.
When I click "Save & Next", it will return to the previous screen and after click to check the change, it still keep the value of 1 and 9 in the special episode. (same as above)

Also, I tried those values in the marked red square (Add to, Replace all, Remove Tags, Delete all), all are not working.

In addition, I would like to know the steps that, how I can bulky change the selected special episodes field(s) value to a new value?
For example, I would like to change all selected special episodes field "Airs before episode" value to empty. Can I do this?

@miraclesukiI think I know what the problem is.  At the moment my town is in a major hurricane.  The state is prepared, and any power problems will be fixed quickly.  So I think I will have time today to fix the problem.

I just uploaded the updated Plugin with the problem that you found fixed.  Thanks so much for reporting this.  I had a bug in the code.  Give it a try now. It should work OK. If you have another problem, please let me know ASAP.

Hello Vic,

I tested the version of 1.0.6. The bulk edit feature is worked fine on "Air during season" and "Airs before episode" field.
Once I changed both new value to 0 and click save, all selected episodes value will be updated.

But, I don't know whether it is normal that these 2 fields cannot be edit again after I click "Edit" into the selected episode. (Bulk Edit as well)
These 2 fields value will display as "undefined" and "Not Available" as you may refer to the below screenshot. (but I can edit it directly from emby metadata)

hello @miraclesuki , these fields will have a new value of "Not Available"  when the item is not a "Special"  These fields only have meaning for "Specials"
