Warum kann ich mich nicht mehr einloggen

Hallo....habe seit heute mittag Empy Premiere, da hat noch Alles funktioniert auf meinem Samsung TV, dann ist mir 2x die App abgestürzt und jetzt kann ich mich nicht mehr mit meinem Usernamen einloggen....kann mir jemand helfen, am PC funktioniert es @SamES

Sorry, it was just the Samsung App, when I want to sign in with my Amazon Cube it works

Its just crashed....and I have to Do a Restart ......but now I got an Amazon Cube and everything works fine......thx Luke
