length of suggested view bug

I am experiencing a highly reproducible issue.

on 1st load of client my suggested view is a subset of the servers next up view.

if i cycle the tv views back around to suggested then 99% of time i will see the full set of objects...occosionally when i cycle i will continue to get the reduced set. At any given point of the servers next up view, the reduced set is always x objects. Current x is 12 and the full view is 14...but i think x changes.

 

Anyways, as of now, 100% of time when i enter client the tv suggested view is 12 objects big when the server says it should be 14. 99% of time when i cycle through tv views back around to suggested the view is 14 objects big. As for the 1% variance it seems to occour wheb cycling views quickly.

The issue is only apparent when the number of objects in the servers next up tv view is larger than a certain number...at 6 objects on server the issue doesnt occour.
