What device are you playing on? What app is on the TV?

Emby is running on an HP Desktop with Windows 10/64 bit; the TV is a Philips Smart TV with an integrated media function.

When I switch to 'Play on TV' on the PC, the (turned on) TV automatically switches to 'Media' and plays the music.

Hi, there's a chance this is resolved with the latest update to the dlna plugin, but that won't be available until the 4.8 server is released. You can also try the server beta channel if you like.
