diaz1510 154 Posted October 19, 2014 Posted October 19, 2014 (edited) EDIT: I realize the subtitles are not a plugin...I incorrectly typed that out in the thread title...apologies... I'm having issues not getting any content: I'm not getting one single subtitle downloaded. I've opend an opensubitle.org account, put my info into the configuratin page and have run through the task a few times. But in recent aactivity, it says each file has failed to download the subtitle: 10/19/2014 5:09:16 am Subtitles failed to download for The Fighter Provider: Open Subtitles When I click on the "Proviider: Open Subtitle" Link I get this: Subtitles failed to download for The Fighter Subtitle with Id 1952715965 was not found. Name: SubtitleDownload method response. Status: SubtitleDownload method response hold all expected values from server.. Message: 407 Download limit reached MediaBrowser.Common.Extensions.ResourceNotFoundException at MediaBrowser.Providers.Subtitles.OpenSubtitleDownloader.d__3.MoveNext() --- End of stack trace from previous location where exception was thrown --- at System.Runtime.CompilerServices.TaskAwaiter.ThrowForNonSuccess(Task task) at System.Runtime.CompilerServices.TaskAwaiter.HandleNonSuccessAndDebuggerNotification(Task task) at MediaBrowser.Providers.Subtitles.SubtitleManager.d__18.MoveNext() And it's like that for every media file I have. I have a supporter key and have placed that into the configration as well setting up the subtitle configuration page. Like I mentioned before, I could very well be doing somethign incorrectly. I'm using the web client through Firefox and my OS is windows 7 Ultimate if that means anything. Edited October 19, 2014 by are6rider
Luke 42079 Posted October 19, 2014 Posted October 19, 2014 Open subtitles has a daily limit. If you just leave it, MBS will continue to download subtitles each day based on that limit. An open subtitles vip account is also a way to increase your limit.
diaz1510 154 Posted October 19, 2014 Author Posted October 19, 2014 (edited) Hmmm, ok, I do remember it saying that now...however...going waaaay back into recent activity...it shows that it failed right from the start...I didnt get one single subtitle file... Edited October 19, 2014 by are6rider
Luke 42079 Posted October 19, 2014 Posted October 19, 2014 Unfortunately I cannot represent open subtitles. As you can see from the above error, their message is saying download limit reached. That's not within our ability to control.
diaz1510 154 Posted October 19, 2014 Author Posted October 19, 2014 Ok, I was just seeing if it may have been something I was doing incorrectly from within MB... Thanks for the quick response! Love the product!
Spaceboy 2573 Posted October 20, 2014 Posted October 20, 2014 I wouldn't bother with the vip account. It's a right hassle to get hold of bitcoins and it changes nothing
