I can't access my synology ds220j remotely. I released port 8096. I can't get in there outside of my network. I can't get it for 1 day.

within my network it works wonderfully

Tracert liefert Informationen darüber, ob Sie sich auf einer CGNAT oder möglicherweise einer doppelten Nat befinden.

As for tracert it will provide info on whether your are on a CGNAT or possibly double nat.
