"Advanced Transcoding" subtitle disable after reboot.

Hello,

I don't know why but at every reboot of Emby server. The options subtitle of "Advanced Transcoding" is disable.

Now that I know I can live with it, but if this can be fixed in the future i will be happy.

Hi.  Those options are only available via the diagnostics plug-in so they are designed to not be persistent on purpose.

AH ok ok, didn't know that. no way of making them persistent i suppose ? Because if i don't enable subtitle transcoding my media never play.

For now you just have to remember to re-enable it after a server restart (this catches me out sometimes, especially after a Windows update!).  The functionality is solid enough that it'll surely be in the final 4.8 release - though I would like for it to be made persistent in the beta before then, presumably with an option to turn it off again for test purposes... (not everything in the diagnostics plugin is non-persistent, after all).
