Transcoding settings - change resolution

Hi all, I'm running Kodi Next Gen through several devices with no worries. I'm also using an rpi3, which does not support 4k videos. I can obviously drop the transcoding limit until HD changes to SD and this works. However, what I'd like to be able to do is request a transcode from 4k to 1080p at a high bitrate. Is that something that is possible? Thanks for any assistance! @quickmic
