Trying to Access Google Bucket from Emby

I need some help. I have a lot of trouble getting these permission settings right, I guess is the problem.

I used Google Compute Engine to set up a VM instance which I am running Ububtu 22 on, which is where I'm running Emby. And I am able to get Emby to access the directory I want it to there. Problem is, it only has 100 GBs storage and I need a lot more space more for my audiobooks. With that in mind I used Google Cloud storage to create a bucket that I plan on keeping long term where I will upload all my media. But, I just cannot figure out how to get emby to see my bucket from my VPS.

I used gsutil to copy all the files from my VPS to the bucket successfully, and I used rclone to mount my bucket from my VPS. And I can see the contents of my bucket from my VPS. But I just cannot get emby to see it no matter what users or folder permission I try. 

Am I going about this right? Is it even possible? I just can't figure this out.
