emby server in gentos virtual machine - shares on nas

Hi, i have hyper-v emby server installed on gent os. Then i have 5 bay nas device with openmediavault shares. I know that emby uses emby system account. But files and shares are not located in emby server gentos. That is why i can't adjust rights to emby system account. I have used emby server in windows machine but microsoft does peoples life miserable with it's updates.

I would like to get emby server work in linux. I was able to install it and it is running. But as i'm not linux related person i have no i dea how to get access to nas shares so that emby would see all the files.

Emby virtual machine server can't see shares on nas. I can't add shares that emby system account access as shares are located physically different devices.

I'm not linux experianced user, so i need pretty detailed instructions what i should do with openmediavault share access rights. So what should i do to get this work?

 

With windows pc i can map and browse those shares with no problems.

@HWDYFI how did you install Emby Server? Is this with our Docker Container?
